C & M Smith Restaurants, Inc. is an organization designed to operate and manage Yum Brand restaurants. It was established in 1988 and currently owns and operates a total of twenty-seven stores, with twenty-six Taco Bell restaurants and one KFC restaurant. The company culture is based on a desire to develop and promote people internally. We believe in strong community involvement and feel that it is a vital part of any business.
